CALL FOR ERASMUS+ EXCHANGE STUDIES AND TRAINEESHIPS FOR 2019 – 2020

Main selection criteria:

average of grades at LSMU (≥7).
foreign language skills.
motivation and communication skills.

Important:

choose a host university only from Erasmus+ Partners list on LSMU web page.
review compatibility of the study programmes at LSMU and host university.
it is open for all study programmes and cycles students.
can apply for non – EU countries.

Important:

Applications for voluntary traineeship (summer 2019 & 2020), traineeship embedded in curriculum 2019/2020 and traineeship After Graduation* are accepted.
It is recommended for students to find a place for practice by themselves or to choose from Erasmus+ Partners list on LSMU web page.
Applications are open for bachelor’s, master’s, PhD and residency students.
During mobility, you can be a trainee only at one institution.

* Applications for Erasmus+ traineeship after graduation have to be submitted during the last year of studies at LSMU (except for Veterinary Medicine students who have to take part in the Erasmus+ interview in their 5th year of studies).

Additional parts of a point are given for the following:

0.5 If a student revises study subjects at hosting university, composes study plan, uploads it to DreamApply and submits together with online application.
0.5 Participation in LSMU Erasmus mentoring activities for at least two semesters.
0.3 Participation in Erasmus+ traineeship mobility for the first time.
0.3 If a student intends to do an Erasmus+ traineeship in other country than his/her country of origin.

Additional parts of a point are given for the following:

0.5 If a student finds a place for Erasmus+ traineeship by himself/herself, uploads a screenshot of confirmation by email or official letter to DreamApply and submits together with online application.
0.5 Participation in LSMU Erasmus mentoring activities for at least two semesters.
0.3 Participation in Erasmus+ traineeship mobility for the first time.
0.3 If a student intends to do an Erasmus+ traineeship in other country than his/her country of origin

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

1. ONLINE APPLICATION FORM TILL 3^rd OF MARCH

Apply online and please read the instructions for application carefully here: http://lsmu-outgoing.dreamapply.com/

Students can submit applications for different kinds of traineeships (voluntary, embedded to curriculum/internship; after graduation), but please note that only one scholarship after Erasmus+ selection can be nominated (according student’s preference), the rest traineeships can be conducted with Erasmus+ zero grant.

2.FOREIGN LANGUAGE EXAMINATION ON 8^th OF MARCH

International students do not need to sit an English language examination.

Students who will be instructed in French or German language should take examinations (except native speakers or holders of language certificate B2 level and higher).

Students who do not have final grade of professional language module should take an exam.

3. ERASMUS INTERVIEW DURING 13^TH MARCH – 12^THAPRIL

Motivation and communication skills of the candidates will be evaluated during interview with Erasmus commission.

Exact time and place of language examination and Erasmus interview will be announced later.
