Last session of LSMU entrance exams in Israel before new academic year
Israeli applicants who want to study at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences were invited to take LSMU entrance exam during 30 of June – 3rd of July in Tel Aviv, Israel. In total 68 of them took part in this last session of entrance exams before academic year 2019/2020. They were selected from LSMU representatives in Israel (M. D. International Studies; ELOR - Medical Services and Rehabilitation; Overseas Medical Education) and other group - individual applicants.
LSMU International Relations and Study Center representatives Rūta Antanaitienė and Eglė Vizbaraitė organised the entrance exams, checked the knowledge and motivation of registered applicants and presented LSMU. After all, 20 offers for studies at LSMU have been issued for prospective students in the fields of: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and Odontology.
Hope to see these young and motivated people at LSMU in September. Most of them already have practical experience in health field while were serving in the army and it made an influence to study hard for the exams, to keep motivation and to choose a doctor‘s profession.
Continuing tradition by visiting LSMU graduates, this time LSMU representatives had a pleasure to meet dentist Leonid Groysman, who graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine in 2010. Today L. Groysman has his private clinic and also works at ‘Free Smile’ clinic in Tel Aviv. He provides a wide range of services: from oral hygiene to prosthetic procedures.
