LSMU Webinar For The German Market

On Thursday, February 25, the team of the International Relations and Study Centre, together with four students, participated in a webinar organised by a German company Finde Academic to promote studies at LSMU and to inform students about all possibilities.

Dean of the International Relations and Study Centre, Prof. Ingrida Janulevičienė, delivered a presentation on study programmes offered at the university in English, clinical training bases, student support and adaptation programme, accommodation opportunities, and other relevant issues. While listening to the interactive presentation, prospective students asked and were answered questions about Lithuania and LSMU, thus becoming more involved in the webinar.

Afterwards, a playful and sincere discussion between LSMU student ambassadors Nick Bullens, Natalie Markus, Victoria Scheer and Rojin Zarei followed. The students shared insights about the field of Health Sciences and its challenges, touching upon interesting questions about the University’s infrastructure, adaptation during the first year of studies, University psychologists and mentors; they also shared their success stories and good practices. At the end of the webinar, students gave thorough answers to questions from attendees that were posted in a special Q&A field. All students shared their personal experiences and tips with prospective colleagues.

We appreciate and welcome regular involvement and participation of students in the events organised by the International Relations and Study Centre and partners, and we believe that this helps prospective students acquire the information they care about first-hand.
