LSMU Professor Daiva Rastenytė Was Awarded the Cross of Officer of the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas

On 6 July, H.E. Dalia Grybauskaitė, President of the Republic of Lithuania, on the Occasion of the Day of State (Coronation of King Mindaugas of Lithuania) awarded the state orders and medals to honour the citizens of Lithuania and foreign nationals in recognition of their merits to the Republic of Lithuania and the promotion of Lithuania’s name in the world.

Professor Daiva Rastenytė, LSMU Vice-rector for Studies and Head of the Department of Neurology, was awarded the Cross of Officer of the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas for her distinguished merits in science.
