Promotion of LSMU Study Programmes in United Arab Emirates

LSMU participated in the International Education exhibition, which took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 15 to 17 April for the fourth time. Five Lithuanian higher education institutions participated in the stand, which was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania and the Education Exchanges Support Foundation. LSMU was represented by international programme coordinator Kristina Kavaliauskaitė. The interest of exhibition visitors in the stand “Study in Lithuania” is growing every year; participants were especially interested in studying medicine. 

With the help of student recruitment agencies "Gyanberry Education & Training" and "Qadri International", two entrance examinations were organized. A total of 6 students successfully passed the entrance examination; they will be given offer letters. We are glad see individual applicants’ appearance in United Arab Emirates – two girls successfully passed the entrance examination and were granted places to study medicine.
