Scholarship Call for Postgraduate Studies in Colombia

The Colombian Institute of Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX) opened a general scholarship call by which the Government of Colombia gives non-reimbursable financial grants for foreign citizens interested in advancing postgraduate studies in Colombian universities.
