Visit of LSMU Delegation in the Embassy of Lithuania in Israel

On 12 January, Mr. Edminas Bagdonas, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to the State of Israel, had a meeting with the delegation from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU). The LSMU delegation consisted of Prof. Žilvinas Padaiga, Dean of the International Relations and Study Centre; Dr. Laura Sapranavičiūtė-Zabazlajeva, Head of the Division of International Studies; Prof. Angelija Valančiūtė, Head of the Department of Histology and Embryology; and Mrs. Evelina Mačiulskienė, the international programme coordinator.

More than 700 international students are currently studying at LSMU. Among them, about 100 Israeli students are seeking degrees in medicine and veterinary.
